WebDefinitely World. It's got all the post launch content and the massive expansion (Iceborne). Plus you can get it on a nice sale, compared to Rise which is new on PC. Both are fun to me, but I'd recommend World for a newcomer. It felt more streamlined, plus the UI and graphics are far better.
