These weekends have attracted many from far and wide to witness and learn about the hawk and monarch migrations along Lake Erie. The 46’ by 20’ wood and gravel knoll – officially opened on Saturday, October 1, 2024 – replaced the 16’ by 7’ structure that has served birders since 1950.
