Also i wanted to explain y germany is so op: WebClearing the cache makes the game reload the current game state, and fixes the ai getting stuck, for example, in civil wars or the ai not covering the entire front line. It also fixes supplies for encircled troops. All of this is due to the fact that the game is forced to recalculate the values for all of these aforementioned things.
