WebFeb 16, 2006 · Veteran. (female) Join Date: Aug 2005. Posts: 489. Feels like a "Side Stitch" but won't go away ?? Last night I went to bed, and all of a sudden a pain started on my right side. It feels just like a side stitch, but it is up higher than a side stitch normally would be. It hurts when I move certain ways, and always hurts when I take a deep breath.
