We booked our Christmas 2011 stay back in July after I read rave reviews of "The Pig" in The Daily Mail, I even drove down to visit to check that I liked the venue. Beautiful I thought - a perfect place to spend Christmas with our friends. After many emails leading up to Christmas and asking on ... We certainly didn't pay the 12.5% discretionary service charge and have certainly made a number of people aware who were thinking of going there to avoid it. Unbelievable - no way to run a business. The Pig just shot yourself in the foot.
